Story

Anjelica, a Latina struggling with her Catholic faith and dating in the modern world, sees visions of her beloved gay brother dying. When she consults a psychologist, Toni, she speaks alluringly of Mitch, the Carlos Castaneda-quoting artist whom she met online. Toni lives an upper-crust facade that hides her lurid history and voyeuristic past-times. Envious of Anjelica's sensual experience, she hooks up with Mitch online, inexorably connecting their lives and those around them in a struggle that will take them through a range of human emotions ~ fear, doubt, hope, lust and love ~ proving that in as much as everyone may appear different, we are all the same.
